This process is simple, painless and can be done conveniently from the comfort of your own home. After we receive your order, we will send a package to you that will include a swab for saliva collection. In the package you will also find a return address ( the sample is sent free of charge), which will serve to send the sample back to our laboratory safely and hygienically. All necessary instructions will be included to make the whole process as easy and comfortable as possible.

2. POSSIBILITY OF COLLECTION BY A TRAINED WORKER

If you would prefer to have someone help you with the sample, you can opt for the option of having the swab taken directly by us. Our expertly trained staff are on hand to explain everything in detail and ensure you feel comfortable and safe.

3. STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY

As soon as we receive your sample, our laboratory will start performing the necessary tests. We work with state-of-the-art technologies that allow us to achieve precise and absolutely reliable results.

4. PERSONAL MEETINGS WITH EXPERTS

Once the examination is complete, we will meet with you, including a medical geneticist, to discuss all the results in detail. Our main priority is to give you the best possible overview of your health. We offer in-person, phone or online appointments.
